SHOOTING DRILL
Equipment - two balls, five players, goal circle and post
A moves forward to receive a pass from B. She pivots and shoots for goal and then immediately changes direction to run and receive a pass from C and repeats the process. E rebounds and returns the ball to B. D does the same to C.
Variations
- shooter to turn in the air and shoot
- passers to vary the pass into shooters
